A premium hot fork buffet service available with staff to help. This is a great way to treat your guests to a two course meal for a special occasion. Minimum 30 guests. £25.00pp

50 Guests and over Choose 2meat/fish options, 1 vegetable option and 2 desserts only.
100 Guests and over Choose 2 meat/fish options, 2 vegetable options and 3 desserts only.

Beef bourguignon – Pork with a cider sauce – Salmon fillets with a mustard herb crust – Lamb shanks in red wine sauce – Chicken, chorizo & chickpea stew– Harissa chicken thighs/drumsticks (cooked with cherry tomatoes, sweet potato, shallots & butter beans) – Chicken tikka masala – Shellfish & orzo stew – Chicken supreme (cooked with leek and thyme, and served in a white wine sauce

Premium hot fork buffet is served with two accompanying vegetables, and one potato dish.
